Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using IS.hb. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

IS.hb ("we", "us") is an online information service operated from Portugal. You can reach us at diogopparaiba@gmail.com.

2. What IS.hb is, and what it is not

IS.hb shows market information, signals and summaries about stocks and crypto assets to help you look at the market. It is an information tool only.

• IS.hb does not give investment advice, personal recommendations or portfolio management, and nothing in the service is an offer or a request to buy or sell any asset.
• Past signals and past performance do not predict future results. Investing involves risk, including the loss of some or all of the capital you invest.
• You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. Consider your own situation and, if needed, ask a licensed adviser.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Free trial

Each account may use the service free of charge once, for about 4 hours of use. Time is counted while the app is open. After the trial ends you need a paid plan to continue. During the free trial, the number of new research reports you can generate is limited.

5. Subscription, price and payment

• The Basic plan costs €1.99 per month, VAT included where applicable. We may change the price for future periods and will tell you in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings (Manage subscription). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that start immediately, by starting to use the service during that period you ask us to begin right away and you may lose the right to a full refund once the service has been fully provided; if you withdraw earlier, you pay a proportionate amount for what you have used. Contact us to exercise your rights.

7. Connections to other services

If you connect third-party accounts (for example Trading 212, Coinbase or Alpaca) you do so at your own risk and under their terms. We only use what you connect to show your holdings and the features you choose. We are not responsible for orders or actions made on those platforms.

8. Data and availability

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or stop features.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or scrape the service, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Intellectual property

The IS.hb name, design, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use IS.hb after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. You may also use consumer dispute resolution bodies available to you.
